We will endeavour to reply within 48 hours via email and 24 hours via Instagram or Chatbox. If the query is of urgent timing, please include in the headings [URGENT] and we will prioritise the query.

For selling us your collection enquiries, please include in the message [SALE] so our team can pick it up. We respond best on Instagram for those enquiries. Our general work hours are 9am AEST - 10pm AEST.
